First, I saw this thing in my yard. He's not exactly faster than a speeding bullet, but he can leap flat rocks in a single bound.
Really, dude, I can hold on longer than you can.
Caught him mid-shake.
Then I saw this guy, and I told Kerry "I've never been this close, I'm taking a picture!" and he said "Don't do it!" and I did it anyways, but I blurred his face.
On the way to camp we saw 3 deer.
When we came around this corner, I said "Whoa! There's something going down over there! I saw vultures!" I only thought they lived around the Road Runner and Wiley Coyote. I was wrong. On the way back I made Kerry stop. Where there's vultures, there's dead things and I watch a lot of CSI and Law and Order. I know how this works. And I was so right. It was a dead bear.
We scared them away, actually it was more Kerry, I made him go in the bush to make sure it wasn't a dead Russian pregnant girl, killed for her baby.
They were huge, there was maybe 5 or 6 of them. Of course, you can't really see the details, because I had my 70-200mm lens on my camera and took it off as we left and put my 50mm on. Never fails. Lesson learned.
