Happy Place

I neglected the family starting late Friday and managed to get a decent amount of creating done all weekend.
I wanted to get the lunch tins covered for Christmas gifts but procrastinated so much that I didn'teven get them out of the packaging. Turns out, they are much easier to do than I thought. Who knew?
I made another CD album using SU's Friends and Flowers kit, the one for Hostesses. And the tins are covered with Enchante, the double sided paper from the Winter mini. The little accordian/tag card is made with SU paper too and check out the stamped images, that's a new set from the Spring Mini! Nice little freebie for being a demo.
Most of the items pictured are class samples, with the exception of the last 2 pictures. Heather gave me the BG Blush kit for Christmas, she got it the day before they left for their Mexico trip. And Sue gave me 3 chipboard coasters to play with, I had to make a fourth one. I got my inspiration from SCS to make a Valentine's treat for Kerry. He loved it. I love the paper, all brown, pink and teal.
I have seen the Spring Mini and it is better than the Winter. I spent more than I have ever spent on a Mini in November, and I think I will surpass that amount in February when we can pre-order. There are 3 sets of pattern paper that I want. And 2 new punches, think office supplies, that's where the punches, some stamps and paper got their inspiration from. And some doodley stamp sets...I'm so excited! But I have to pace myself, Kerry reminded me that we are saving for the big trip! Really, I'm saving to buy the boxes and boxes of Gravol that it will take to get me on the plane.

OMG Kelli - way too cool. You surpassed what I expected with the coasters! I totally love it! You have been a very busy girl this past weekend. I'm totally jealous!!

Gee I thought I was doing well, got one LO done...

I take it you are not a happy flyer? Me neither, but it's the only way to get to where I want to be. And I'm now thinking of taking Holly to Disneyland too but she's not as excited by the prospect as I'd like her to be (has she been talking to your kids??)
