I made this!

The secretary at Emily's school is retiring and today is her last day. She also comes to classes and is a customer. She's such a fun lady! Anyway, I wanted to make something special for her but because I had been under the weather, I didn't get around to starting until yesterday. And then things weren't going as planned and I could make what I originally wanted to do. So this is what I ended up with...I seriously considered changing my name to JELLI so that I could keep it.
The circle on the front has a magnet on the back so she can use it for other things, the J is covered with craft ink and embossed with clear EP, and the big clippy can be a bookmark. The RSVP pen is lined with matching paper and held in place with the thick organdy ribbon. The list says "Things to do...call Kelli about calligraphy classes" I want to learn how to print so that I can read my own handwriting and J. can teach me. If anyone else is interested, she will put a class together for us.
I asked Emily if she would take the fancy present, which I put in a lovely little bag that I hand stamped and filled with pink and white tissue paper, to Mrs. M or if I should run it over later and she said she would do it on one condition, she wants one too. What she doesn't realize is that I made her one last year but I guess because it's not nearly as snazzy as this one, she doesn't recognize it.

OK, so, um... I want one too! Or at least, I want you to tell me where you got the little lined note pad (and did it have the holes at the top??!?!) so I can make one too!!!! I love it! What a nice little gift!

This looks terrific...I have this paper on hand but I think I will settle for a card with it!

Tara,
Looks like you will have to sign up for another one of Kelli's classes? She gets us everytime!
